第一，微软凭什么给？ 在很多用户看来，加密是用户和电脑之间，或者顶多是用户和微软之间的事。微软不应该因为外部力量（比如FBI的要求）就改变立场，交出钥匙。这么做，感觉像是侵犯了隐私，背叛了用户的信任。

据悉，这三台设备关联新冠疫情失业援助项目资金窃取案，当地联邦调查人员认为，设备中存储的加密数据是证明嫌疑人查丽莎·特诺里奥涉案的关键证据。目前，特诺里奥拒不认罪，案件仍在审理中。
