Training circuit for a 100m obstacle course race The purpose of this circuit is to closely mimic the physiological demands of the race (obviously we don't have a 100m obstacle course track available to us). Essentially we have come up with 12 "obstacles" each separated by one push up (or crawl under the wall). Target is to complete the circuit in under 60s. Backward sled drag plus push up Paired with forward sled push plus push up Three rounds Wall climb plus "duck under" Three rounds Monkey bar
