Common mistakes & how to fix them⬇️ ❌ setting up the shin pad too high or too low ✅ aim for about mid-shin and then play around until you find your sweet spot ❌ arching your back as you curl the weight up (notice how my hips shoot up in the initial video), this can put a lot of unnecessary pressure on your lower back/SI joint ✅ think about keeping your hip
