#tbt to the 90’s! Here’s a great AB exercise that I’m still doing and sharing with my clients! Use a ball (any size) to activate your abs even better! This exercise really fires up the lower abdominal area and it is an easier way to do reverse crunches. By squeezing the ball with your hamstring and glutes it forces the releasing of your hip flexors so you can isolate your abs even better. Place the ball between your hamstring and buttocks and SQUEEZE the ball hard with your heels as you pull you
