Create polygon collider and get closet points, need help.

Hello everyone. I need some help. I have one empty gameobject(without everything except transform) who has several small gameobjects(as child) like box with sprite renderer(2D) It looks exacly as image below. How can I get all closet points and create polygon collider based on this points in runtime?
