誕生日やクリスマスケーキにも使える、ココアスポンジケーキ。 ふわふわすぎず、しっかりめのジェノワーズに仕上げる基本レシピです。 材料：15cmケーキ型1台分👇 全卵 140g グラニュー糖 80g 薄力粉 70g ココアパウダー 12g 無塩バター 20g 焼成👇 170℃で30〜40分 ※天板も一緒に予熱しておく 作り方👇 ① 型を準備する ② 全卵に砂糖を加え、湯煎で40〜45℃まで温める ③ バターは湯煎で約60℃に溶かしておく ④ 卵生地を高速で泡立て、跡が残るくらいにする ⑤ 低速で約1分混ぜ、泡のキメを整える ⑥ 薄力粉とココアをふるって加える ⑦ ゴムベラで下からすくうように、ツヤが出るまで優しく混ぜる ⑧ 温めたバターに生地の一部を混ぜてから戻し、混ぜすぎないようになじませる ⑨ 型に流し、高いところから落として大きな泡を抜く ⑩ 170℃で30〜40分焼く ⑪ 焼き上がったら再度落として焼き縮みを防ぐ ⑫ 冷蔵庫で1日休ませて完成 ケーキに使うときは、シロップをたっぷり染み込ませるとしっとり美味しくなります。 #ココアスポンジケーキ #チョコスポンジ #スポンジ
