At different #hotels, an Inside Edition investigative producer was able to get a key card to another guest's room without having to show or verify his I.D. In separate statements, those hotels say they take the safety and security of their guests very seriously, adding they took immediate action to address the matter which includes retraining their front desk staff to ensure this mistake never happens again. #hotelsecurity
