Here’s how I made it: •1 cup lychee puree (fresh or canned) •1 cup water •1 cup cane sugar (or sugar alternative of choice) 1.Combine the puree, water, and sugar in a pot. 2.Simmer on low heat until the sugar has dissolved. 3.Turn off the heat and cool down. Transfer the lychee syrup to a bottle/container and enjoy in your matcha lattes! #matcha #match
