There's this incredible castle in Aberdeenshire that I've always loved visiting. It's called Huntly Castle, and it's got such a fascinating history. The place has been around since the 12th century, originally as a wooden motte-and-bailey fortress before being rebuilt in stone. What makes Huntly Castle really stand out are the intricate carvings and inscriptions all over the walls. The stonework is so detailed; it’s like the building itself is telling you a story.
