One of my favorite beginner tricks for back neck traps. I know not everyone agrees with this method, but this is the best way I have used to allow Twirlers to control the baton on the back of the neck. Really watch where your shoulders and hips are when you move the baton. You don’t want to quickly move the shoulders or hips, or the Baton will fly away from you or worse, hit you in the face which nobody wants. Was this helpful??
