My Christmas cheese board 101!! I love a good cheese board at Christmas, who doesn’t?? Here are some of my cheese board top tips 1. Serve a selection of different cheeses- hard, soft, semi soft anything from oozy camembert to a good cheddar. I love to have a Port salut, cheddar, Manchego, stilton, camembert and brie 2.
