Tibial Plateau Fracture & Knee Surgery Stretch Two and a half years after my tibial plateau fracture surgery, this is still one of my favorite positions to sit in for longer periods of time. What’s wild is that this was also one of my favorite exercises very early on in my rehab. It played a huge role in helping me regain deep knee flexion and range of motion so quickly that, even now, people sometimes call BS on my story. I get it — but this stretch truly made the difference. While rebuilding m
