Inspired by Fitbit Luxe reviews from friends and family, I decided to give the activity tracker a try. Before you fall into a rabbit hole of reviews on Fitbit Luxe, read my full rundown of my experience with the device.

1. Get a Fitbit or some sort of tracking device to track your steps. Get between 7k to 10k steps a day. 2. Hit the gym 3x days a week (UB, LB & Full Body) Set: 3-4 Reps: 8-12 Rest: 1-2 mins 3. Eat 2x a day & fit your food in a small size bowl. Protein, veggies, carbs & healthy fats. Grab another bowl for fruits 4. Drink 1-2 glasses of water before & after each meal and snack. 5.
