Bed frame assembly – from manual to automatic 👀 This demo shows how collaborative robots can relieve human workers from repetitive, hard, and hazardous work. 💪 How manual assembly works: Multiple operators normally assemble 240-280 frame pieces per day, using staple guns (a rather dangerous tool). 🦾 How automatic assembly works: A single cobot assembles twice the amount of frame pieces per day, sparing workers from repetitive finger and wrist actions.
