Metronome beats for concentration We have been working on connecting our body and brain through listening to metronome beats. I use a metronome app on my phone. We start with a very slow beat and follow along with body movements. Here I am using a balance cushion but you could just march in place. We add a few variations to increase difficulty - changing the speed to medium and then very fast (approx 50, 100, 150 beats). For some children I will add arm movements or weighted products.
