This spinach and artichoke cob loaf dip was inspired by a recipe from @taste.com.au, with a few adjustments of my own! The initial recipe asks you to process the artichokes with the cream cheese, but because I didn’t want to do extra washing up, and because I enjoy the texture of the artichoke hearts, I decided to roughly chop them and I think it turned out awesome. I also recommend tearing up some extra pieces of bread, because the top and insides weren’t enough (in my experience) for all that
