FRONT TO BACK TOE TAPS If you want to walk better, you must train your brain to get better at all of the phases of the gait or walking cycle. In today’s drill, we are going to work on the LEG SWING phase of the gait cycle. The KEY to this exercise is to get SETUP CORRECTLY: 1. Stand as tall as you can – lengthening your spine 2. Move your hips underneath you and gently squeeze your glutes 3. Pull your shoulder blades back and down 4. Gently pull your belly button toward your spine 5. Avoid locki
