Take a sneak peak into my tween yoga class 🧘‍♀️ We always do breathing and stretching, yoga poses, flows and games and have a mindful moment; but in our tween classes there is more room for meaningful conversations, connection, collaboration and cooperation 😃 The girls have been with me for some time now and I have loved watching them grow and develop in their practice but also in themselves 👭 I also appreciate and am grateful that yoga helps them feel calm and peaceful which is a great tool
