I can't use up or space button to jump with the movement script.

I can't use up or space button to jump with the movement script.

Hi all im new for unity so i just set up my character controller 2d script with the movement script and i can use the crouch button and right left move aswell, but when i use my up arrow,space it doesnt jump at all and i have checked the input manager as well and set my keys but nothing. i hope someone can help me and sorry im new.
